Second trimester aka “honeymoon phase” of pregnancy often brings relief from first trimester symptoms, as well as, an increase in energy. If you haven’t been able to engage in gentle exercise yet, this trimester is the time to start. With your baby bump growing now is the time to invest in some maternity clothes and, prepare yourself for labor by signing up for childbirth classes. Most importantly, don’t forget to savor every moment of your pregnancy as it truly does go by fast!
